The event is held at the headquarters of the Parmigiano-Reggiano Museum, è organized by the Pro-Loco Villa Aiola in collaboration with the Cultural Association ' La Barchessa ', the Parish of San Giuseppe spouse of the BVM and the Consorzio del Parmigiano-Reggiano, with the
patronage of
- the Municipal Administration of Montecchio Emilia.
- The program includes: games and
- manual activities for children, demonstrations of traditional crafts,
- baking bread with a wood oven on the farmyard.
This will also be an opportunity to address to all participants to resume the now forgotten expressions of our dialect, the language of our fathers, heritage of great cultural value unfortunately forgotten by our institutions, which too often turn their attention to events unrelated to our roots.
